What we are building

The future of the stack, with partners at the frontier

Engage carries WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, email and voice through our official partner Infobip, with our own routing layer in front of the network, so a route change never reaches a brand.

Our AI work gives frontier models one defined job inside a workflow: trained on the customer’s own data, fine tuned from the team’s corrections, measured against the job. Voice AI agents answer and place calls on the same platform.

On Salesforce and Zoho we build CRMs that act, where a message starts from the record and writes its result back.

The story so far

SaasQuirk started with one observation. Most software does not fail at launch. It fails in the months after, when the team that built it has moved on and nobody left understands how it works.

We set out to be the other kind of team. Every engineer on a live system is senior. Every project keeps one group of people from the first conversation to the last release. And we keep running what we build, because that is the only honest way to stand behind it.

Today we work from Pune and Nagpur for customers in India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and the United States. The work changes from project to project. The rule does not: we build it, we run it, and we answer for it.

The next chapter is being written with partners at the frontier: the messaging network we are an official partner of, the platforms businesses already run on, and the models changing what software can do. We bring them into production the way we bring everything else, scoped in writing, demonstrated every week, and run after launch.
